Question: How do
I contact you? Answer: Call (904-224-0046). We have an operator
to recieve calls between 8am-9pm, seven days a week, who can assist you in scheduling an appointment within twenty
four hours or less. No Sunday service available. Walk-ins are accepted on Monday thru Friday from 8am-4pm (EST) and Saturdays
8am-3pm (EST). Although walk-ins are gladly accepted, be sure to call (904)-224-0046 to find out which clinics
are open.
Question: Do you accept
insurance?
Answer: Yes, we are currently accepting PPO plans with United Concordia and are signing up as providers
for several others. If we are not a provider for your insurance we will gladly provide the paperwork for
you to obtain direct reimbursement. Payment methods are limited to cash, Mastercard or Visa (credit or debit)
cards and must be rendered after treatment is agreed upon but, before treatment begins. We also have no credit check in house
financing and accept Care Credit please see our services page for the link to their website.
Question: Do
you take out wisdom teeth?
Answer: Yes, we take out most wisdom teeth. Jacksonville Emergency Dental (JED)
and JED dentists may not be able to treat all situations. JED dentists reserve the right to refer any conditions that are
beyond the dentists comfort level. All services are performed by General Dentists not Specialists. We will always attempt
to provide temporary relief.
Question: Do you put people under for any procedures?
Answer: No, we do
not put people under for procedures, but we do offer Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas).
