The average treatment time for clear aligners is 6 to 10 months. In general, if you have a more complex case of malocclusion (bite misalignment), your treatment will last longer. If you only require slight corrections, you could be done with your treatment in even fewer than six months.
Are clear aligners comfortable to wear?
You may initially experience discomfort with each aligner but the more you wear them the more comfortable they become, and the more confident you can smile.
How many hours per day do I need to wear the clear aligners?
Aligners need to be worn 22 hours a day or as prescribed.
How often should my aligners be changed?
You want to be sure to wear your clear aligners in sequential order according to numbering on the packaging—moving through treatment as directed.
Can I eat with my clear aligners?
You will want to remove your aligners so that you can enjoy your favorite foods and drinks (except water), keeping them clear and clean.
How do I keep my clear aligners clean?
